About the Team

The Web Platform Engineering team plays a crucial role in two key areas:

1. Web Platform Management: Supporting and enhancing iQmetrix’s core business functions.
2. New Product Web Application Development: Building and maintaining web applications for new products.

About This Role

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of software development, from design to deployment and maintenance. Your work will include developing robust, scalable applications that meet business needs and provide high value to users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development & Feature Implementation:

  • Design, develop, and implement software features.
  • Optimize and enhance existing features to improve performance and user experience.
  • Ensure code is maintainable, scalable, and follows best practices.

• System Maintenance & Production Support:

  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve performance and security problems.
  • Monitor application performance and implement optimizations.
  • Perform security analysis and address vulnerabilities.

• Collaboration & Teamwork:

  • Participate in Agile/SCRUM processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
  • Provide insights to improve system architecture and performance.

• Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and development trends.
  • Suggest improvements in development practices and processes.
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development activities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in web application development, specifically with React/JavaScript technologies.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in React, JavaScript/Typescript, JSX, HTML/CSS, and Node.js.
  • Eagerness to expand into full-stack development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MCA.
  • Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
