Job Description:
Infosys is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the ADMCOE team. This role supports digital transformation initiatives by collaborating closely with consulting teams on problem definition, solution design, and deployment phases. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DevOps architecture consultancy, strong problem-solving skills, and experience working with clients to identify and implement technology improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist consulting teams throughout project lifecycles, including effort estimation, diagnosis, and solution generation
• Conduct research and build proof of concepts (POCs) for alternative solutions
• Translate business needs into detailed functional designs and requirement specifications
• Configure and troubleshoot solutions, diagnose issues, and identify alternative fixes
• Participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business challenges and contribute to deliverables
• Stay updated with latest technologies and industry trends

Technical Skills:

• Primary: DevOps Architecture Consultancy
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience assessing processes and suggesting technology-driven improvements
• Knowledge of one or two industry domains preferred
