About the Role – Specialist Programmer (Infrastructure Admin + DevOps)

We are hiring talented freshers for the Specialist Programmer (SP) role in Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering. You’ll play a crucial role in managing open-source systems with a strong focus on Kubernetes, Linux administration, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Kubernetes Cluster Management

• Provision, configure, harden, and monitor Kubernetes clusters
• Manage CRI, CNI, CSI, Ingress Controllers, and Service Meshes
• Implement RBAC, network policies, and secrets management
• Execute robust backup and recovery strategies

🔹 Linux System Administration

• Shell scripting, performance tuning, patching, and automation
• Monitor system health, resolve bottlenecks, and enforce security

🔹 Cloud Native Technologies (Added Advantage)

• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS): Scaling, networking, storage, and CI/CD
• Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE): Node pools, cloud integrations, and logging
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus
