Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer skilled in Informatica Powercenter / IDQ / Axon to support our enterprise customers. You’ll be part of a global team ensuring technical excellence, problem resolution, and top-tier service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Informatica tools (Powercenter, IDQ, Axon, etc.)
- Manage and resolve customer support cases
- Troubleshoot and analyze performance issues using logs and exception reports
- Collaborate with QA, Engineering, Product, and Sales teams
- Develop and maintain Knowledge Base articles
- Engage in product usability improvements and end-user experience feedback
- Perform root cause analysis and long-term solution implementation
- Participate in training and skill development programs
- Help customers succeed by delivering fast, scalable solutions
Preferred Skills & Technologies:
- Experience with enterprise application support or implementation
- Hands-on experience in:
- Informatica Powercenter / IDQ / Axon / CDI / EDC
- Databases: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server
- Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX/Linux
- Strong grasp of RDBMS concepts and SQL
- Excellent communication skills (spoken & written English)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in technical support or enterprise applications
