About the Opportunity:
Informatica is looking for an Associate Analyst with experience in Travel and Expense processing to join the team in Bangalore. You will report to the Manager, Shared Services and play a key role in handling expense claims and processing.
This is a Hybrid working role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Your Role Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily Travel and Expense activities
- Ensure timely processing of expense reports, meeting defined Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Assist in processing Expense claims
- Respond to emails and handle queries from employees
- Coordinate with employees via calls and emails
- Perform additional roles in Global Travel, Meetings, and Cards as assigned
Role Essentials:
- 1+ years of experience in the related field
- UG – B.Com or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in Travel and Expense processing
- Strong ability to work in a team environment and assess areas of risk
- Customer-focused mindset, both internally and externally
