Role: Information Developer, Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and publish online user and administrator documentation, including new release content.
- Research and organize content for various documentation projects.
- Develop technical writing skills following the company’s style guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality documents with minimal errors and implement feedback from mentors.
- Gain strong working knowledge of Infor’s software applications to write effective user documentation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Information Design, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent English language skills with strong grammar and structure knowledge.
- Basic understanding of authoring tools and ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Proficiency in PC skills, operating systems, file management, and MS Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or industry-specific knowledge in technical writing.
- Familiarity with markup languages and graphics tools.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
- Effective time management and task completion skills.
