Salary: INR 3,50,000 – INR 8,50,000 per annum + performance-based bonus

About the Role
HowNow is hiring an enthusiastic IT Operations Engineer with 1–3 years of experience. You'll play a key role in managing and automating systems across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments while ensuring smooth IT operations and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve hardware, software, and system issues
• Escalate complex problems to vendors or specialist teams
• Create and maintain automation scripts for routine IT tasks
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain IT asset records, configurations, and standard procedures
• Generate regular reports on system performance and incident logs

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT operations or a related role
• Experience with MDM tools and device management
• Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
• Hands-on with APIs and scripting (Bash, PowerShell)
• Familiarity with IT security tools and industry best practices
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and creative under pressure
