Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow standard manufacturing processes for accuracy and optimization.
• Control and monitor the usage of critical tools in production.
• Manage and allocate operators to meet production targets.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Maintenance & Quality departments.
• Implement engineering changes in transformers.
• Apply lean manufacturing practices.
• Ensure workstation planning for effective execution of manufacturing plans.
• Maintain equipment OEE at 90% or higher.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Power Transformer manufacturing techniques.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Ability to influence across departments and management levels.
• People management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and databases.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and results-driven approach.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
