Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge technologies, collaborate with global teams, and contribute to impactful projects across more than 80 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:

• Hands-on coding in C#, Java, and related Microsoft technologies
• Development of web and Windows applications
• Strong command of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles

Architecture & Design:

• Design scalable and robust systems using OOAD, UML, and design patterns
• Build reusable code libraries and design documents

UI & Frontend:

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React, Angular
• Work with JSON APIs and front-end integration

Database Management:

• Proficient in MS SQL Server, database design, stored procedures, views, and triggers
• Familiarity with database performance optimization

Agile & DevOps Collaboration:

• Follow the full SDLC lifecycle in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional and multi-site teams
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and source control

Additional Expertise:

• Understanding of Substation Automation and energy sector IT systems
• Willingness to explore and adopt new technologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions

Preferred Skills:

• C#, .NET Framework (3.5/4.0+), React, Angular
• Microsoft SQL Server, JSON, REST APIs
• Scrum/Agile development model
• Strong understanding of system-level software design
• Experience working in enterprise-grade applications and infrastructure
