📝 Role Summary

Minfy is hiring an L1 DevOps Support Engineer to provide first-level support for infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based applications. If you have basic DevOps knowledge and a problem-solving mindset, this role is for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor & support: CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production environments.
✅ Incident response: Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems to L2/L3 teams.
✅ System administration: User management, log analysis, and basic maintenance tasks.
✅ Automation: Maintain and update deployment scripts, monitoring tools, and processes.
✅ Documentation: Create SOPs, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams for smooth releases.

🛠️ Required Skills

🔹 OS Knowledge: Basic Linux/Windows administration.
🔹 Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
🔹 CI/CD Tools: Basic understanding of Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, etc.
🔹 Scripting: Basic Bash/Python for automation.
🔹 Monitoring Tools: Exposure to Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.
🔹 Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.

🛠️ Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes knowledge.
