Job Description

As a Systems Engineer, you will monitor, manage, and maintain IT services, ensuring seamless operation across Network, Server, and Cloud environments. You will work in a 24x7 global IT operations setup and ensure high availability and adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor system alarms from IT services (Network, Server, Cloud).
• Respond to critical system alerts on a 24x7 basis.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues using SOPs/KEDB.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 support teams.
• Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems (Jira preferred).
• Generate monitoring and KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with global IT teams for seamless operations.
• Participate in training to stay updated on new technologies.

Requirements

• Graduation or equivalent; degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience in IT support (Freshers welcome).
• Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus.
• Language skills in Japanese, German, Spanish, or Chinese (preferred).

Work Environment

• Shift-based role (6 days a week) with rotational shifts.
• May require working on weekends or holidays to support global operations.
