Job Description

HighLevel is an all-in-one, white-label marketing platform for agencies & consultants. As a fast-growing SaaS company, it recently raised $60M in funding. This role involves assisting customers and team members in a high-performance, high-accountability environment, ensuring a seamless support experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the virtual lobby and route them to the appropriate team member
• Answer video calls, chats, and redirect customers as needed
• Work with managers and customer support reps to connect customers via Zoom
• Establish best practices for waiting room etiquette and maintain a professional Zoom environment
• Educate customers on chat/Zoom support functions
• Provide feedback to leadership for improving customer experience
• Connect Senior Specialists with scheduled customers
• Facilitate urgent escalations in collaboration with managers and specialists
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent time management, organization, and administrative skills
• Experience with Google Calendar, Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, Excel, and Spreadsheets preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Comfortable being on-camera for all interactions
• Fluency in English required
