Job Description
HCLTech is hiring Post Graduate Engineer Trainees for its 2025 batch. If you have a PG degree in MTech (Mechanical, CSE, IT) and are looking to kickstart your career with one of the leading global IT services companies, this opportunity is for you.
As a Post Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo extensive training in the core areas of your chosen field and will contribute to HCLTech's diverse and innovative projects across various domains.
Eligibility Criteria:
- PG Degree: MTech in Mechanical, CSE, IT.
- Graduation Year: 2025 pass-out.
- Percentage Criteria: 65% or above.
- Designation: Post Graduate Engineer Trainee.
- CTC: As per HCLTech’s standard grid.
- Service Agreement: 12 months (as applicable). If you leave before completing the 12-month period, you are liable to pay ₹50,000 to the organization.
