Job Description
As a Graduate Hire at Harman, you will be involved in designing, developing, and testing software solutions while following the software development lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their engineering careers in a globally recognized company.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions for information systems.
• Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements and proposed solutions.
• Study systems flow, data usage, and work processes to develop/test software solutions.
• Investigate and resolve problem areas.
• Document and demonstrate solutions with flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and clear code.
• Determine and design system specifications and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Contribute to the organization’s mission by delivering expected results.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, Python, Android, etc.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and aptitude skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools or equivalent.
• Ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
• Team player with a keen willingness to learn and grow.
