Role: Junior Associate Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
• Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrate software components and third-party programs.
• Verify and deploy programs and systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback to enhance product quality.
• Recommend and execute improvements.
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Java, Java Beans, Java Applets, Java Servlets, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design (OOD).
• Familiarity with web user interface design and software development processes.
• Teamwork and strong verbal communication skills.

For Frontend (React) Developers:

• Build interactive web application components using React.js.
• Translate designs into clean, reusable React components.
• Collaborate with senior developers and actively learn front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
