Guidewire Software is looking for an automation engineer intern to join its business technology team for a 6-month internship (June – November) in Bangalore.

What You Will Be Doing

• Work on active DevSecOps/Infra projects (not just intern projects).
• Be part of a scrum team in a 2-week sprint model.
• Collaborate with DevSecOps/Infra engineers on real-time tasks.
• Automation on AWS Platform (ServiceNow, Jenkins, AWS Infrastructure, etc.).
• Slack integration – developing Slack apps and streamlining workflows.
• Tool provisioning and automation using AWS frameworks.
• Other ad-hoc tasks related to DevSecOps/Infra needs.

Intern Requirements

• Pursuing 3rd year/final year or completed BS in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering.
• Basic AWS/Infra knowledge.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python/Go.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a zest for learning.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agile mindset with a systematic problem-solving approach.
