Role Overview
As a Consultant - IT, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing compensation solutions using Varicent for various incentive plans. You’ll collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational processes, ensuring that your solutions are both effective and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Strong domain knowledge in Incentive Compensation.
- Mentor and lead technical teams, ensuring project success.
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to understand operational needs.
- Develop and enhance compensation solutions using Varicent Version 10.
- Optimize queries and reports for performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Presenter and Presenter Adaptive reports.
- Hands-on experience in creating and managing workflows and webforms.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex business issues.
Core Competencies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS concepts and hands-on experience with SQL queries.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and business teams.
- Experience with large volumes of data and knowledge of mathematical calculations for data aggregation.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of JavaScript & Python (preferred but not required).
Location
This position can be based in either Chennai or Gurgaon.
