Grid Dynamics Hiring DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer
Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, India

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) for architectural decisions and backlog prioritization
• Design DevSecOps pipelines for Infrastructure as Code
• Establish base VPC/network standards and high availability/disaster recovery patterns
• Manage GKE container platforms for microservices
• Implement authentication, authorization, API security, and integration
• Ensure operational readiness using SRE best practices and rigorous testing

GCP Application Architecture:

• Experience with 4–5 microservices setup involving:
  • Security, disaster recovery, cost monitoring
  • Logging, autoscaling (compute and storage)

GCP Services & Configurations:

• GKE, Cloud Functions, IAM, KMS, Storage, Compute Engine
• Google Resource Manager, MS SQL, Bigtable, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub

DevSecOps / IaC Automation Tools:

• Jira, Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, Python

CoE Collaboration:

• Align program workstream deliverables
• Define cloud security and networking overlays
• Establish CI/CD and Security Tooling standards (Jenkins, GitHub, Artifactory, Veracode, Twistlock)
• Prepare Day 2 SRE: Alerting, monitoring, distributed tracing, backups

Backlog and Testing Scope:

• Authentication and Authorization
• API Security
• DR Patterns and VPC Standards
• CI/CD Pipeline Implementation
• Production MVPs and GKE Container Management
• Security Incident Response

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of DevOps experience
• Expertise with:
  • Monorepo, Infra/DevOps SDLC environments
  • GCP provisioning using Terraform
  • Tekton CI/CD pipelines
  • App Security (static/dynamic scans)
  • Java/microservices deployments in GCP (serverless and Kubernetes)
  • Networking, IAM, Istio, JSON, service mesh
  • Observability using GCP native tools and Dynatrace
• Familiarity with API Gateways: Apigee, Spring Cloud Gateway

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
