Job Description:
Google’s Network Engineering team is hiring fresh graduates for the Network Operations Residency Program (NORP) starting in June 2025. This is a two-year, full-time residency program offering exposure to Network Engineering, Software Engineering, and Technical Program Management.

Responsibilities:

• Gain real-world exposure to networking infrastructure and technical program management at Google.
• Contribute to innovative solutions such as automation tools and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Google engineers to plan, deliver, and manage global network infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Internship or project experience in network engineering, system administration, or data centers
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ARP, routing, etc.) or Unix/Linux systems
• Basic coding or scripting skills (Java, C/C++, Python, Shell)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Effective in communication, collaboration, and time management
• Quick decision-making and adaptability in dynamic environments
