Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in:
  • Technical project or stakeholder management
  • Professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting
  • Working with Data/SQL and web technologies
• Experience in managing and delivering technical projects
• Willingness to work flexible, non-standard hours per customer needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Business analysis experience: analytics, dashboards, and actionable recommendations
• Experience in:
  • Technical product/cloud support
  • Quality Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
  • Google Ads or other online advertising platforms
• Strong technical troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer-centered solutions
• Empathetic and proactive approach to customer experience and solution ownership
