Job Description

As a Technical Support Engineer at Glean, you will be responsible for both proactive and reactive support across Glean’s enterprise customers. You’ll work closely with customers, internal engineers, and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience and contribute to improving the product and support process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own implementation, customization, and support for Glean customers
  • Troubleshoot REST API issues and network-related challenges
  • Assist customers in onboarding data sources and optimizing their search experience
  • Provide technical assistance on SSO, SAML, and OAuth integrations
  • Monitor system health metrics, identify root causes, and take corrective action
  • Coordinate resolution of customer-impacting incidents with internal teams
  • Document known issues and contribute to the internal knowledge base
  • Support integration with platforms like Google Drive, Slack, Teams, etc.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and customer-facing interaction skills
  • Hands-on experience in support engineering or customer solutions
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth, SSO/SAML authentication
  • Proficiency in Linux, SQL, and basic Kubernetes
  • Ability to analyze logs, browser traces, and stack traces
  • Experience in cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Exposure to SaaS tools or enterprise system integrations
  • Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and how GPT works is a plus
  • Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence (preferred)

Preferred Background

  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience in technical support, customer engineering, or professional services
  • Exposure to enterprise SaaS products or knowledge management platforms
