Job Role: Cloud Operations Engineer
Experience: 3+ years in Infrastructure Support, Solutions Engineering, Support Engineering, Professional Services, or DevOps Engineering
Job Location: Bangalore, India
Job Description:
Glean is hiring a Cloud Operations Engineer to ensure infrastructure stability, manage customer environments, troubleshoot issues, and support cloud operations.
Required Skills:
- Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure (certifications preferred)
- CI/CD deployment and release management in production environments
- Deep knowledge of cloud networking and security
- SQL/database knowledge, Kubernetes basics, Linux (Intermediate/Advanced)
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Strong debugging skills, application log analysis, and browser trace file analysis
- 2+ years of coding/debugging experience in Java and Python
- Experience troubleshooting REST API issues
- Working knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, and network troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira & Confluence
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of LLMs and GPT models
- Experience with search/knowledge technologies and SaaS-based system integrations
