Job Description:
Gainwell Technologies is looking for LLM Ops Engineers and ML Ops Engineers to join their AI/ML team. This role involves developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable infrastructure and pipelines for Machine Learning (ML) models and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Responsibilities:
LLM Ops:

• Develop scalable deployment strategies for LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.).
• Optimize LLM inference performance, including model parallelization and fine-tuning.
• Manage vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Monitor model hallucination rates, token usage, and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and privacy regulations.

ML Ops:

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model training and deployment.
• Automate data ingestion, feature engineering, and model retraining workflows.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and ensure proper alerting systems.
• Implement security, compliance, and governance protocols for model deployment.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to streamline model development.

Requirements:

• Experience with ML Ops tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, TFX, SageMaker).
• Knowledge of LLM-specific frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, Vector DBs like Pinecone, FAISS).
• Proficiency in deploying models on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong coding skills in Python and Bash.
• Knowledge of healthcare AI applications and compliance (HIPAA, CMS) is a plus.
