Role Overview

The DevOps Intern will contribute to automation, workflow optimization, and CI/CD enhancements across Gainsight’s engineering systems. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with DevOps tools, cloud automation, and infrastructure processes in a global SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate and script DevOps operational tasks.
• Handle DevOps tools access provisioning requests.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding (entry/exit) technical processes.
• Perform minor enhancements in CI/CD pipelines and Jira workflows.
• Support engineering teams with ad-hoc DevOps requests.
