Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, recreate, and resolve Tier 1 & 2 product issues.
• Handle multiple channels simultaneously: chats, emails, and calls.
• Document and manage solutions to common problems.
• Update ticket tracking systems with real-time statuses.
• Escalate issues to product or development teams when necessary.
• Serve as an escalation point for Customer Success teams.
• Suggest workflow and process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in technical/software support is a plus but not mandatory.
• SaaS, Salesforce, and JIRA experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in global teams (NA & EU regions).
• Strong prioritization and multitasking skills.
