Job Description:

Fortrea is hiring for the role of Programmer to support the Data Management (DM) services team. The role includes development and maintenance of SAS programs, importing data from external sources, and producing datasets and reports that align with CDISC and client standards. You will support clinical trials and contribute to data analysis processes using SAS, Spotfire, and other industry tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in development and implementation of DM programming and data transformation solutions
• Develop and maintain programs for dataset creation per CDISC specifications
• Import external data and transform into SAS Datasets or Excel for reconciliation
• Maintain and update study databases for assigned clinical projects
• Generate reports/listings using SAS, Spotfire, Cognos, Business Objects, and R
• Design CRF annotations and mapping as per CDISC/client specifications
• Ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory standards related to computerized systems
• Learn and apply Fortrea SOPs, work instructions, and tools effectively
• Communicate progress to line manager and collaborate with study teams

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SAS programming
• Basic understanding of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
• Experience or training in tools such as Spotfire, Cognos, Business Objects
• Familiarity with EDC tools and Excel integration
• Strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Ability to work in a team environment and learn from senior staff
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
