About the Role

FinacPlus is seeking a passionate SRE/DevOps Intern to join their engineering team. This role is ideal for quick learners eager to gain hands-on experience in building, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with engineers to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop, deploy, and maintain infrastructure using Terraform and GCP.
• Assist in automating CI/CD pipelines using Groovy, Jenkins, and Git.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications on Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
• Create dashboards and monitor system performance using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Learn and implement best practices in infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident response.
• Participate in sprint planning and contribute to process and tool improvements.

Requirements

• Quick learner with a strong passion for technology and problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing, containerization, and infrastructure concepts.
• Proactive attitude with ownership of tasks and challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
• Familiarity with technologies like GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, Groovy, Git, Grafana, Prometheus.

• Exposure to scripting languages: Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with Linux administration and Kubernetes configuration.
