Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and integration of enterprise security solutions (website analysis, configurations, testing, debugging, and go-live support).
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, fostering trusted technical advisor relationships.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality technical solutions within defined timelines.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot integration/service issues, and escalate as needed.
• Document processes, configurations, and solutions to contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Participate in training programs to deepen understanding of cybersecurity technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in system integration, customer support, or web operations (internships or academic projects are acceptable).
• Basic understanding of web technologies (TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with networking concepts (CDNs, load balancers, Web Application Firewalls).
• Exposure to cybersecurity solutions or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting (Python, Terraform).
• Understanding of containerization technologies (Kubernetes, certifications are a plus).
• Experience with networking equipment (BIG-IP, iRules).
