Job Description:
Exclusive Networks, a global leader in cybersecurity and digital infrastructure, is looking for a Support Engineer to join our Support Services team. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving customer technical issues, particularly involving Palo Alto firewalls. Candidates with experience in enterprise IT support and strong problem-solving skills will thrive in this client-facing position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of customer issues and follow them through to resolution
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for customer problems
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate unresolved issues per standard procedures
• Provide accurate feedback and timely updates to customers
• Ensure proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
• Adhere to SLA timelines based on issue severity
• Experience troubleshooting Palo Alto firewall products is highly preferred

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in enterprise technical or IT support
• Strong understanding of supported products and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment, especially liaising with Australia and New Zealand teams
