We are hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide Tier-1/Tier-2 support for our cloud-based Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. If you have a passion for solving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction in a SaaS-based product environment, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide email and phone-based support for Esper's global customers
  • Troubleshoot SaaS-based MDM platform issues and resolve them efficiently
  • Simulate customer environments using real devices for debugging
  • Gather technical data/logs and collaborate with internal product teams
  • Maintain high standards in response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Work in rotational day/night shifts as required
  • Use tools like Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce for tracking issues and tickets

Required Skills

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical/customer support (preferably in SaaS or MDM)
  • Strong understanding of Android and iOS mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with log collection, system diagnostics, and analytical tools
  • Experience with CRM and issue tracking tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira)
  • Excellent English communication – written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM)
  • Experience supporting cloud-based consoles or DevOps, SaaS, or hardware products
  • Understanding of scripting or system tools for mobile environments
  • Previous experience in a high-growth product company or startup
