Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices for vendors across all regions daily.
• Support helpdesk queries and manage email communications.
• Ensure accurate matching of invoices with purchase order lines.
• Handle invoices in multiple currencies and understand international tax concepts.
• Collaborate with business partners to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Meet targets for productivity and accuracy while ensuring excellent customer service.

Skills and Experience Required

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Experience: 6 months - 2 years of relevant experience in the Accounts Payable process (preferred).
• Familiarity with R12 and Microsoft Office Suite (beginner level).
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute.
• Flexible with working hours to support global operations.
