Key Responsibilities

• Build platforms and tools to enhance the developer experience.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines integrating code quality, unit testing, and security scans.
• Automate deployments ensuring zero-downtime, backup, and restore processes.
• Deploy applications on Azure environments such as AKS, Virtual Machines, and App Services.
• Integrate Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
• Operate and monitor application-hosting environments, including security hardening and high availability.
• Research emerging DevOps tools, methodologies, and best practices to improve existing systems.

This role focuses on two key areas:

1. Supporting all existing application environment upgrades and new releases.
2. Identifying cost-effective, rapid implementation approaches to deliver new business solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering.
• 1 + years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong programming skills in one of Ruby, Python, Perl, PHP, or Node.js.
• Experience with configuration-management tools like Ansible or Terraform.
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, TeamCity, or Harness.
• Experience with Azure Cloud or other public-cloud environments.
• Proficient in Git and Git workflows.
• Good understanding of Linux fundamentals and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud security.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
