Dixit Infotech is hiring a Desktop + AV Support Engineer to join its IT services team in Pune. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting knowledge, and a desire to grow in the IT infrastructure and support industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and AV support across client systems and networks
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, printer setups, and remote desktop support
- Assist with structured cabling, audio-visual setups, and end-user issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless IT service
- Handle client interactions with a strong focus on communication and issue ownership
