Job Description
We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers with hands-on experience in desktop and hardware troubleshooting. The role requires on-field support at the district and state level in and around Mangaluru, Karnataka.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support at client locations (field travel required)
- Troubleshoot desktop hardware issues and perform installations
- Support basic software/applications including Microsoft Outlook
- Install and configure printers and basic peripherals
- Maintain documentation of support activities
- Coordinate with the central service team for escalations
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in desktop engineering and hardware troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Outlook configuration, application support, and printer setup
- Ability to handle client-facing support independently
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for field service operations
