Job Description

Deltek is hiring Associate Software Engineers for 2025 B.E./B.Tech pass-outs. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting integration and automation solutions for the Deltek Integration Center of Excellence team. Candidates must be open to working between 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST based on project work.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop integration and automation solutions based on technical specifications.
• Support in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end testing, and UAT.
• Be aware of CI-CD, engineering best practices, and SDLC processes.
• Understand and contribute to all existing integration and automation solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for integration solutions across industries.
• Ensure timely delivery of project work while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Communicate complex technical ideas effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adhere to SLA, process, and security policies while delivering solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve integration and automation issues.

Requirements

• 2025 pass-outs with a B.E./B.Tech in CSE, IT, or ECE with a minimum of 70% aggregate.
• Excellent academic record (greater than 70%, no backlogs).
• Knowledge of software development.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of web application development, mobile application development, and distributed systems.
• Exposure to machine learning, natural language processing, or security software development is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English for technical discussions.

Shift Timings

• Shift 1: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
• Shift 2: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST

Shifts will be assigned between the above timings based on project work.
