Job Description
Deltek is hiring 2025 B.E./B.Tech. graduates in CSE, ECE, or IT for the role of Associate QC / Software Testing Engineer. This position is part of the Deltek Integration Center of Excellence, focusing on software testing and quality assurance.
⏰ Work Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM or 4 PM – 1 AM IST (to coordinate with global teams).

Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate requirement specifications and identify use cases.
- Prepare, execute, and document test cases and results.
- Perform system, functional, performance, load, UI, and regression testing.
- Report, track, and verify defects.
- Collaborate with development and customer-facing teams for issue resolution.
- Validate deployment documents and processes on staging environments.
- Contribute to best practices and continuous process improvement.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for business automation processes.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech. (CSE, IT, or ECE) – 2025 batch only with 60% aggregate minimum.
- Strong understanding of testing concepts for web and desktop applications.
- Familiarity with QA tools, bug tracking systems, and test design techniques.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software lifecycle.
- SQL and programming basics (added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
