📝 Key Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Customer Support: Deliver high-quality support with a customer-first mentality.
• 🧠 Troubleshooting: Respond to support requests and escalations, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues.
• 💻 Tech Support: Troubleshoot Windows, Mac OS, Linux, software applications, and AV conferencing hardware.
• 🤝 Team Collaboration: Support and assist other IT team members as needed.
• 🖥️ Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage system imaging, account creation, and asset inventory updates.
• 🚀 IT Projects: Take ownership of and contribute to IT projects.
• 📹 Security Management: Manage CCTV and door access control systems.
• ☁️ Cloud Management: Handle M365, Intune, and Azure Active Directory management.

🎓 Required Skills

• 💼 Experience: 4+ years in IT operations support.
• 🤝 Customer Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• 🧘 Composure: Ability to remain calm and friendly in stressful situations.
• 🛠️ Technical Expertise:
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Active Directory management, security, and permissions knowledge.
  • Network principles understanding.
  • ITIL or ITSM concepts familiarity.
  • Experience supporting MacOS, Windows, Linux, and iOS.
  • Scripting skills (Windows, MacOS, or Linux).
  • Remote Management and Monitoring platforms expertise.
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience.
  • M365 administration and Azure AD user account management.
