Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer - Python Developer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Developing server-side solutions for cutting-edge products in marketing analytics and real-world evidence analytics.
• Collaborating with data scientists, UI developers, and client-facing teams to ensure compatibility across various product layers.
• Designing and building REST APIs and integrating them with front-end and analytics systems.
• Working with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and deliver scalable backend solutions.
• Supporting software architects in the day-to-day interaction with the onsite team and client’s business unit.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Python and server-side development.
• Strong experience with developing REST APIs.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and relational database concepts.
• Familiarity with ORM libraries (e.g., SQLAlchemy).
• Good experience with libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
• Proficiency with Linux OS.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for working in a globally distributed team.
