Job Role:
As an Associate System Administrator, you will be part of a technical team responsible for end-user computing infrastructure including laptops, desktops, operating systems, and various administrative tasks. You’ll play a vital role in technical troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and internal IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the direction of the Manager to complete assigned tasks
• Handle configuration, documentation, performance tuning, and system monitoring
• Support and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and related hardware/software issues
• Meet project deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Act as the first point of escalation for internal users
• Maintain updated documentation of customer-facing tasks
• Log and document issues and solutions for future reference
• Allocate 9 hours per day (billable + non-billable) within shift schedules
• Report high-complexity or sensitive issues to the manager

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware/software troubleshooting for desktops and laptops
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift including weekends and extended hours
• Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to independently manage technical projects
• Expertise in solving hardware/software issues
• Proficient in Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Active Directory
• Familiar with tools like ServiceNow, asset management systems, and network diagnostics
• Proactive, self-driven attitude with excellent verbal and written English communication
