Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage highly available AWS infrastructure
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Build, monitor, and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Set up and maintain monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and enhance system reliability
• Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and run blameless postmortems
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and user onboarding
• Enforce security best practices in line with SOC2, PCI-DSS standards
• Support app deployments and collaborate with development teams
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a strong DevOps culture

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years in DevOps / SRE / Infra Engineering roles
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficient in Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB (performance tuning, HA/DR setups)
• Strong Python scripting and automation background
• Familiar with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• Deep understanding of cloud security practices and DevOps pipelines

• Experience with SOC2 / PCI-DSS / DevSecOps practices
• Past leadership in on-call rotations, incident handling, and postmortems
• Prior experience as a Lead SRE, DevOps, or DevSecOps Engineer
• Hands-on with VPN configuration, access control, and secure deployments
