Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable AWS cloud infrastructure
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform
• Automate deployments using CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or Jenkins)
• Own observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure high availability
• Lead incident response, RCA, and postmortems
• Support application deployment, automation, and environment setup
• Maintain cloud security and compliance (SOC2, PCI-DSS)
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and champion best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years in DevOps / SRE / Infra Engineering roles
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficient in Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL & MongoDB (tuning, HA/DR)
• Skilled in Python scripting, automation, and shell scripting
• Hands-on with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Strong grasp of DevSecOps and cloud security best practices

• Experience in on-call rotations
• Prior role as Lead SRE / DevSecOps Engineer
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI-DSS)
