About the Role

As a Cloud Engineer at Corpay, you’ll work on real-world cloud infrastructure projects focused on scalability, automation, and optimization.
This role offers exposure to Azure, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices, with opportunities to contribute to migration, automation, and operations in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure & Deployment

• Assist in designing and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions.
• Support migration of on-premises workloads to cloud infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain VMs, networking, databases, and security across Azure environments.

Automation & DevOps

• Collaborate with teams using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Terraform, and ARM templates.
• Implement cost optimization, performance tuning, and security best practices.

Operations & Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues through proactive monitoring.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles for internal teams.

Learning & Development

• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and project presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Basic understanding of cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of networking, virtualization, and system administration.
• Exposure to scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.

Preferred

• Experience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates).
• Interest in cloud security, IAM, and compliance.
• Basic understanding of containers and Kubernetes.
