Job Description:

Corpay is looking for a motivated Associate Software Engineer to join its dynamic technology team in Nagpur. This full-time, in-office role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals passionate about Java, Spring, APIs, and solving real-world technical challenges.

You will work closely with internal engineering and design teams to resolve customer-raised software issues, enhance product capabilities, and contribute to long-term development planning of Corpay’s global payment technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate software issues based on defined SLAs and escalation protocols
• Prioritize client-reported bugs based on business impact and future development
• Document findings and resolutions clearly for internal teams and clients
• Collaborate with design, QA, and development to improve future product stability
• Implement and support APIs and internal interfaces
• Monitor personal KPIs and timelines and adjust based on delivery targets
• Participate in shift-based work schedules from the office

Required Skills:

• Core Java programming
• Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
• PostgreSQL or MS SQL
• RESTful & SOAP Web Services
• Strong written and verbal communication in English

Preferred Experience:

• 0–1 year in a technical support or software development role
• Exposure to agile project cycles and SDLC
• Understanding of commercial payment platforms is a plus
