Role: DevOps Engineer Intern
We are seeking a DevOps Intern to join our IT team. You will gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, system administration, automation, and DevOps best practices while contributing to live projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting company products.
• Support the development of internal tools and processes to ensure infrastructure stability.
• Gather, analyze, and report on critical IT system data.
• Provide feedback to developers on system performance and status.
• Research, analyze, and document product-related IT systems.
• Respond to and resolve production issues under mentor guidance.
• Assist in developing and documenting infrastructure standards.
• Plan and execute IT projects and assigned goals.
• Automate repetitive system administration tasks.
• Present ideas and improvements to team members.
• Support common and advanced system administration functions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to create clear documentation.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Programming and scripting knowledge (Python, Java, Bash, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile methodology.
• Ability to conduct research and generate practical results.
• Strong problem-solving, innovation, and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.
