About the Role

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Engineer who will help design, automate, and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
You’ll collaborate with clients, implement DevOps best practices, lead projects, and ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployments on AWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical leads and engineering heads to implement DevOps practices.
• Lead projects and mentor junior DevOps team members.
• Build secure, scalable, and automated cloud infrastructure.
• Design and maintain multi-stage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Manage and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure with proactive issue detection.
• Handle Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift-based container environments.
• Implement Disaster Recovery (DR) and cost-optimization strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for infrastructure, CI/CD, and DR strategies.
• Work with Terraform, Python, Bash, Ansible, and CloudFormation for infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Engage directly with clients for requirement analysis and solution design.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD automation.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash scripting, and Linux administration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS SAM, Elasticsearch, Keycloak, and automation tools.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with code quality tools (ESLint, Pylint, SonarQube, etc.).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in customer engagement and project delivery.
