Job Description
Comprinno is hiring Cloud Support Engineer Interns for remote roles. This internship provides practical exposure to cloud technologies and systems administration in a dynamic 24×7 environment. Responsibilities

• Provide L0/L1 support for cloud environments, including Linux and Windows systems.
• Monitor infrastructure using AWS CloudWatch and other cloud-native tools.
• Assist with AWS services such as VPC, CloudFront, and account setup.
• Participate in 24×7 operations, including on-call rotations and shift work.
• Troubleshoot OS and application-level issues and escalate when necessary.
• Support cloud cost optimization and security audit activities.
• Analyse system logs and contribute to root cause analysis (RCA).
• Create technical documentation and presentation materials.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Engineering degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• 0–6 months of relevant experience.
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (AWS CCP) preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows OS setup.
• Basic knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Shell or Python scripting.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and global on-call schedules.
• Understanding of cloud security and cost optimization best practices.
