Role Overview:
As a Software Development Engineer I - UI, you will design and build high-quality, performant front-end components and features that power our next-generation ecommerce intelligence platform. This is a great opportunity for engineers looking to grow in ReactJS, TypeScript, and scalable UI architecture, with a pathway to full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop UI features and components with a focus on performance and quality
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
• Identify and build reusable libraries, components, and tools
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and product ideation
• Ensure frontend components include monitoring, metrics, logs, and alerting
• Track progress, estimate timelines, and communicate project risks
• Contribute to improving engineering practices, tools, and team processes
• Stay updated with new technologies and frameworks relevant to UI and full-stack development

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React preferred; Angular or Vue acceptable)
• Hands-on with TypeScript or other statically typed languages
• Understanding of responsive design and UX best practices
• 1–3 years of software engineering experience
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Willingness to transition into full-stack engineering roles

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with design systems or component libraries
• Exposure to backend APIs or willingness to learn backend development
• Experience building dashboards or analytics-based interfaces
