Job Description:
CommerceIQ is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to help manage and evolve its cloud infrastructure. This role involves owning the health, scalability, and security of the platform, supporting engineering teams, and contributing to platform reliability through automation and infrastructure enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain DevOps methodologies like CI/CD and infrastructure automation
• Work with cloud providers (AWS/GCP) and services like compute, storage, networking
• Manage containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration systems (Kubernetes)
• Develop IaC using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)
• Monitor systems with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Ensure platform security and compliance; manage IAM and secure infrastructure
• Collaborate using tools like Slack, JIRA, and Confluence
• Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and mentor development teams

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP
• Strong scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Groovy)
• Familiar with RESTful APIs and microservice architecture on cloud
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform/Terragrunt)
• Experience on Linux-based infrastructure
• Knowledge of logging (EFK stack) and monitoring (New Relic, Prometheus/Grafana)
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multi-product SaaS/B2C infrastructure deployments
