Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions across multiple subsystems, from prototyping to deployment
• Understand product architecture and user workflows
• Provide engineering support during deployment and configuration
• Lead complex design, analysis, and development tasks
• Research emerging tools and technologies
• Maintain clean documentation and readable code
• Analyze and resolve defects with RCA practices
• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulations
• Drive code reviews, suggest architectural improvements
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Support scaling, modernization, and DevOps integration

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years of full-cycle software development experience
• Expert in Java, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server)
• Proficient in frontend technologies like React or Angular
• Strong background in API development, scripting, and SOA
• Hands-on with Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, or DAPR
• Experience in scalable enterprise software and secure development practices
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and clean code principles
• Knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, and best practices

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Prior experience with scientific/healthcare/medical device software
• Leadership experience with small teams or mentoring
