Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work in a dynamic, multi-functional Agile team, developing and testing product features designed to enhance user-centric workflows within our scientific and healthcare software suite. This role requires a passion for quality software, strong problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions across multiple application subsystems
• Collaborate on requirements gathering, prototyping, architectural design, and coding
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of application structure and usage patterns
• Research and implement emerging technologies and development tools
• Document solutions through diagrams, flowcharts, layouts, and clean, readable code
• Analyze defects, perform root cause analysis, and work collaboratively to resolve them
• Follow internal quality standards, best practices, and relevant regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 1–2 years’ experience with SDLC, software testing methodologies, and QA processes
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, HTML/DHTML, and RDBMS (Oracle preferred, SQL Server)
• Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and multi-tiered application development
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
• Good collaboration, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud development or containerized deployments
• Exposure to agentic AI development tools and workflows
• Knowledge of scientific data software, medical devices, or healthcare software
